The EDGE Adds a New Program

Tuesday, June 22, 2010

The EDGE creates a new Excel Series program: A culture of compassion, self-directed growth, and the ability to plan under pressure can be difficult strengths to maintain in today’s environment. The EDGE Excel Series creates a full-day sustained challenge for a team which brings these struggles to the forefront. Simulating the adventure of carrying a team member in a rescue litter through a series of challenges, your team will confront complex problems and learn new skills and concepts that will help you create and maintain important priorities within your organization. Along the way, you will discover new strengths amongst your individual team members including leadership, innovative problem solving skills, and followership. The EDGE Excel Series is great for established teams, new teams or product launches, mergers, organization management groups, and any group seeking a professional culture of compassion, self-directed growth or collaboration.
